In 1969, he created ARP Instruments (originally called Tonus Inc.) with David Friend and Lewis G. This was a means for him to associate his two passions: electronic music and the piano. Pearlman, whose initials would form the name of ARP Instruments, became interested in instruments for electronic music as early as 1948, when he was a student at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute. The truly great ones don’t care whether you believe in their teachings or not. Something valuable can be going on inside us, but if we’re not tuning in, we can miss it. The constant looking outside of ourselves can keep us from knowing when we hit the target. There’s also something about the action of searching that blocks us from what we seek. Doing so is a prescription for continued suffering. When we try to resist feeling something painful, we often protract the very pain we’re trying to avoid. Even if the person who suffered the original trauma has died, even if his or her story lies submerged in years of silence, fragments of life experience, memory, and body sensation can live on, as if reaching out from the past to find resolution in the minds and bodies of those living in the present. Pain does not always dissolve on its own or diminish with time. This “bequest” is what’s known as inherited family trauma, and emerging evidence suggests that it is a very real phenomenon. The latest scientific research, now making headlines, also tells us that the effects of trauma can pass from one generation to the next. Illness, depression, anxiety, unhappy relationships, and financial challenges can all be forms of this unconscious inheritance. Just as we inherit our eye color and blood type, we also inherit the residue from traumatic events that have taken place in our family. We replicate the failed relationships of our parents and grandparents. Unconsciously, we relive our mother’s anxiety. And visualization, active imagination, and direct dialogue create pathways to reconnection, integration, and reclaiming life and health. Techniques for developing a genogram or extended family tree create a map of experiences going back through the generations. Diagnostic self-inventories provide a way to uncover the fears and anxieties conveyed through everyday words, behaviors, and physical symptoms. It Didn’t Start with Youoffers a pragmatic and prescriptive guide to his method, the Core Language Approach. You need to take a really good look at the connectors behind your fuse box, especially the one behind fuses 3-5 and the one behind 6-8. This wire goes to your door jab switch and creates that awful "key in the ignition" buzz when your door is open. There is also a small black wire that comes out of your ignition switch. The large black wire goes to the starter solenoid while the violet wire goes to fuse box relay that fades your interior light out when you leave your car. The single black wire from the ignition switch connect to a connector with a large black wire and a violet wire. Put the downloaded NROs in retroarch/cores on your SD card. Using the nightlies and/or the online updater (advanced users) If you dont want to download all cores at once, you can go here and only pick the ones you want. The brown wire is the 12 volts out of the ignition switch (to provide power to switched items). Just extract the archive to the root of your SD card to install or update your copy of RetroArch (overwrite any existing file). Red supplies 12Vdc to your ignition switch. Red goes to the supply side of fuses 3, 4 and 5. Brown goes to the supply side of fuses 6, 7 and 8. The both go to the back of your fuse box. It is correct for the ignition connector with three terminals to only two wires (brown and red) on the car side of the connection. But unsure if this is the right wire to connect.Īnybody recognize this as the correct wire for the ignition? I'm wondering if that is why the car suddenly died.Ĭan anybody confirm that this wire goes into the 3 way connector? I think I will go to the auto parts store and getting a new connector and splice it in and toss this old one. It is in the second picture and it appears to be broken off. One of them is totally empty! I found a black wire with a connector just hanging there, but it is a fairly small gage wire and I'm second guessing myself that this is the problem. The bad part is that the car side of the 3 wire connector only has two wires connected to it. Not sure what's to be done with those since I only have 4 wires from this switch. The other goes up and connects to some electrical device. One of them is in the second picture with the clear covering over the connector. One thing I need to go back and figure out is that there were two smaller gage black wires coming off the switch that connected up under the dash. Most dimmers, however, will follow a similar installation process. Spliced on the old single wire black connector that I cut off the old switch. Installation of a dimmer switch can vary slightly depending on the manufacturer, so always read the instructions and follow their recommendations. Put the new spades into the old switch connector. Threaded it into the column and seated the switch. Disconnected the old wires from the connector socket on the old switch. Put condition in the condition field (not available in the ebay app or for items marked as new). No one ever searches for "not applicable". If a recommended specific is not relevant, leave it blank. Capitalize the first letter of each word. These preclude you from Google shopping results and maybe ebay searches too. I usually look at the highest priced similar sold items for title inspiration and key words.ĭon't use all caps, emojis or decorative punctuation. What words would you use to find your items. Think like a seller when writing your titles. Take a look at ebay's recommendations for optimizing your listings at. And ebay claims it's search algorithm does not take feedback into account when ordering search results. Personally, I never or very rarely look at a seller's feedback before buying. Once you're top rated it gets a bit more difficult, with 1 day max handling time, and free returns (30 day minimum). Sometimes it worth fully refunding a crappy customer just to not have you sales hindered. If you're under 1000 transactions there's also a big difference between 100% positive and anything under. I think 90 days if you have no defects, and over $1k in sales. Before long you'll be eligible to promote. It makes a difference to have 100% positive with some history, in my mind it's not a high number, maybe 20, and then you can start listing higher prices stuff. You can also put a note in the orders, saying you're just getting started and if they are satisfied that feedback would be greatly appreciated and helpful. I've started to auto leave positive feedback once payment is received, and I get more feedback than I did before. That way people would get the items way earlier than expected and appreciate the packing and usually leave feedback. Now it would be ground select or priority. I waited to sell better items, and just listed all my video games for less than they were worth, I also shipped them very protected between two sheets of coagulated cardboard within a padded envelopes and set the shipping as media mail, but would actually send them a faster method (first class or priority). Then of course, I knew I would be able to leverage all of my investment in my Steiner attachments that fit perfectly on the Ventrac with some slight adjustments in belt sizes. That was a big factor in my decision to go with the 31HP Ventrac gas model. However, when the electric power was out because of winter storms, pre-heating wasn’t an option and I couldn’t get my Steiner going to run my generator. Next, my diesel was sometimes hard starting in the winter unless I used the block heater. Second, the roll-bar on the Ventrac would help protect me on my varied terrain and unexpected lapses in judgment. First of all, I knew I had one of the best dealers and friends and that was a huge factor in my decision. There were several key issues that made me buy the Ventrac. Tony Kowalchuck came to the rescue and made me a great trade-in offer on my broken Steiner and I went home with my new Ventrac 4231. Then, unexpectedly, the diesel tractor threw a rod due to a rollover mishap that had happened a few years earlier and I was faced with the dilemma of having to replace a relatively new tractor also knowing that I had a huge investment in attachments. However, these are not low-end tractors or garden toys one would expect to find at a typical big box store, and I just wasn’t prepared to lay out for a new tractor when my existing one met 90% of my needs. This new tractor seemed to rectify a number of short-comings that the Steiner had, most notably for me a rollover bar and increased horsepower that could help tame my steep terrain. and when I noticed a shiny new version of Tractor in their shop, I became aware of the Ventrac line. Tony Kowalchuck had given me great support over the years along with his son Tony Jr. My property was transformed into our own backyard garden of Eden. Over the next few years, I added a 10,000KW generator and a stump grinder. I initially bought the Steiner 21.5HP diesel and several attachments including a 60-inch mower deck, a 48″ snow blower, a slip-scoop, and the leaf blower. The dealer, Tony Kowalchuck, Sr., was truly so enthused about his product that his passion was infectious, and I soon became as passionate about my tractor’s performance as he was. I knew immediately this was the only tractor for my property. I passed a dealer in Rondout Valley NY who had a Steiner 430 tractor out in front. When I bought my 4.5 acres of Hudson riverfront property back in 1997, I was concerned about the uphill battle of mowing 3 – 4 acres or lawn as well as having to blow out 250 feet of driveway, all with steep terrain.
